As you can see a Bichon Frise takes rather easily to being spoiled. They are also climbers or @ least mine is. I discovered a new charity on facebook that helps these little angels (those are NOT horns growing out of his head, it's a crooked halo!)
Help Save Unwanted Bichons takes in, vets, trains, and rehomes these little clowns.
You can also do a search on facebook to find other resources to help these little fluffballs and other dogs.
